Cool Cats Hires Disney & Warner Bros Veteran As New CEO! See The Details!

Recently, the Cool Cats collection finally announced some exciting news that has been looked forward to by many in their community for some time now.
Through their Twitter, Cool Cats announced that they have officially appointed Stephen Teglas to be the projects’ new CEO.

As the newly appointed CEO, Teglas will be working to further grow not only the cool cats collection but also the community as well as the Cool Cats ecosystem, including Cool Pets.
In a Town hall doe through Twitter Space, Teglas explains that he plans to create more smart collaborations and partnerships for Cool Cats as well as plans to “tell CC’s story through different mediums”.
About Stephen Teglas
Previously, before joining the world of Web3, Teglas worked for Disney and Warner Brothers for the last 25 years, leading brand management and commercialization for consumer products. During his time there, Teglas built co-branded partnerships and collaborations for Disney franchises like Frozen, Toy Story, and Mickey Mouse.
After that, Teglas first joined the world of Web3 by becoming the leader for brand partnerships at NFT technology company, RECUR, where he helped to rushed global brands like Nickelodeon, Paramount, Hello Kitty and more to join the Web3 space.

With Teglas’ extensive experience on working on consumer products, licensing, and retail sales, it seems that as the new appointed CEO, he will work on not only improving the collection, but also making Cool Cats’ Blue Cat into an icon familiar to many faces, not just in the Web3 space.
Aside from that, despite having just been announced as the new CEO, Teglas also mentioned through the team’s Town Hall that within the next 30 days, the collection will have a large announcement that the community can look forward to.
“I am thrilled to leverage my experience, knowledge and contacts to drive the growth of Cool Cats. I am committed to delivering value to the Cool Cats holders, while leveraging the knowledge and creativity of our community to show the world what’s Cool.” Teglas said on joining the Cool Cats team.
