Renowned NFT Artist Beeple Announces Opening Of New Art Studio!

Mike “Beeple” Winkelmann is known by many to be arguably one of the most popular NFT artists of all time. He’s most famous for creating his record-breaking NFT artwork “EVERYDAYS: THE FIRST 5000 DAYS” which successfully sold for $69.3 million in Christie’s auction back in 2021, the most expensive sale of an NFT artwork of all time.
This time, Beeple is turning heads again at the recent announcement of the grand opening of his new art studio, Beeples Studio, this March.
According to the artist, the 50,000-square-foot studio will open on March 11 in Charleston, South Carolina, and will feature a 13,000-square-foot gallery as well as an “experiential space.”
“March 11th marks the two year anniversary of the Christie’s sale and it’s crazy to think how far things have come since that time. I am beyond honored to be partnering again with @ChristiesInc on this grand opening event!” Beeple wrote in his Twitter thread.

Bringing In Next Wave Of Collectors
According to earlier tweets by the artist from 2022, this new massive art studio of his is a chance to help “bring in the next wave of collectors.”
Beeple also says that he believes having a studio like this where hundreds of different artists can showcase their individual and unique art will be able to help the NFT market grow even further. He also says that this studio is a chance to help attract more attention from the general public towards NFTs and NFT artwork.
“I believe by showing people that this artwork can absolutely be shared and appreciated in real life, not just on our tiny screens, they will see that this medium is just like any other with the ability to bring beauty, provoke thoughtful discussion, and truly move us.” Beeple wrote in October.
