Meta added, “This will enable people to connect their digital wallets once to either app in order to share their digital collectibles across both.”

Before The New Update

Earlier this month, Meta also updated the community on Instagram NFTs, expanding to 100 countries, including Africa, the Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and the Americas. It allows more people to share their NFTs on Instagram. In addition, they also support wallet connections with Coinbase Wallet and Dapper. People can also post digital collectibles minted on the Flow blockchain.

In May, Meta started to test digital collectibles with US creators and collectors. They will be able to share the NFTs they created or bought on Instagram. The features include connecting to a digital wallet, sharing digital collectibles, and automatic tagging for both creator and collector.

According to Meta, they want to help creators improve their experience, make monetization opportunities, and bring NFTs to more people.

Since the latest news dropped, people have been excited to try the new feature. They are also waiting for more updates on whether Meta will keep adding new features in the future.
