Y00ts Mint Date
For the past month now, the NFT community has been buzzing with excitement for the newest upcoming Solana collection y00ts, which has recently just announced the date and time for its mint.
Created by the same team that created the ‘DeGods’ collection, one of the current biggest Solana NFT collections in the space right now, the y00ts collection has successfully gained a lot of hype surrounding its mint and release as even celebrities have joined in to become part of the limited whitelist spot.
Recently, DeGods founder Frank DeGod teased the official mint date of the y00ts collection through his Twitter, announcing that those whitelisted will be able to mint their y00ts NFTs on Sunday, quoting “at like 2pm pacific standard time”.

About y00ts
The collection of 15,000 Solana-based NFTs was originally planned to be called ‘Duppies’ before the team officially changed and rebranded it in late July.
What makes this collection so special is the ‘y00ts Whitepaper’, which is its own version of copyright and licensing. Rather than a central entity controlling the project and its IP rights, the NFT collection will have a registry of who are allowed to use the NFTs IP.
The collection has also gained hype for its ‘excusivity’, as it boasts an original feature of ‘scholarships’ in which the team singlehandedly looks through and handpicks the people who have registered that they deem eligible enough to receive a whitelist spot for the collection.
There have already been a number of notable figures that have earned a spot on the including Howie Mandel, Wayne Roonie, Allen Iverson, the Solana Phantom wallet, and more!
