Elon Musk Accepts Bitcoin & Dogecoin For His New Fragrance, Garners $2 Million From It!

Elon Musk’s newly advertised perfume has created some buzz around social media for it’s odd fragrance of ‘burnt hair’, but the billionaire and Tesla CEO has also been turning heads for his contribution in more crypto adoption through this meme perfume.

Burnt Hair Perfume

The fragrance, described as ‘burnt hair’, is one of Musks newest quirky product in his company’s lineup of goods.

What made the crypto community extremely excited about this new fragrance however, was the fact that Elon Musk was extremely open to receiving crypto payments for this product.

The perfume can be checked out using the Bitpay crypto payment platform which supports multiple cryptocurrencies and stablecoins including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Wrapped Bitcoin, ApeCoin, Euro Coin, Shiba Inu Coin, Gemini Dollar, USD Coin, Pax Dollar, Binance USD, and of course Musk’s personal favourite, Dogecoin.

Successful Sale of Elon Musk Fragrance

Just hours after the announcement of his new perfume, hundreds and thousands of the product were immediately sold. With each bottle costing around $100, it’s been said that the billionaire has already made a revenue of around $2 million dollars within the past 2 days.

So far, it’s not known yet how many of these bottles were bought using cryptocurrencies, but many in the community, especially SHIB & DOGE investors have expressed enthusiasm of Musks inclusivity in adopting crypto payments.

This isn’t the first time Musk has added crypto payment options, earlier this year he also allowed people to start buying TESLA and SpaceX merchandise using cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Dogecoin too.
