3ACs Su Zhu Files $5M Claim Against His Own Company

3ACs Su Zhu files a $5M claim against his own company. After going missing for a while and refusing to join court hearings, now, new information shows that Three Arrows Capital’s (3AC) co-founder has filed a claim against his own company.

Su Zhu’s Claims

Twitter user @DrSoldmanGachs who claims to be a creditor to 3AC announced that after looking through the names of all 3AC creditors, he found that Su Zhu, the co-founder of 3AC himself, had also filed a claim against the company along with some of the other creditors.

Su Zhu had filed a $5 million claim against 3AC while ThreeAC Limited, the Investment Manager of the Fund, had also reportedly filed a claim for $25 million against the company.

The list of other 3AC creditors also included Voyager, DeFiance, Celsius, BlockFi, Moonbeam Network, Galaxy Digital, and many more. Altogether, the value of all these claims against 3AC totalled up to around $2.8 billion and is reportedly only going to continue rising as many more were expected to come.

Creditors Meeting

It has been reported that all 3AC creditors are scheduled to have a meeting for the first time today on July 18th, in order to meet and discuss the proceedings.

This has brought on the question of whether Su Zhu will also take part in this meeting among 3AC creditors. Despite being a creditor himself, for the past month, Su Zhu has rejected to join his last court hearing and his current location to this day is still unknown.
